Contrivance Engineering Inc. is a company born out of the passion for
motorsports and excellence in engineering. We believe that any piece of
quality equipment must have a solid engineering basis. Well designed
machinery is purposeful and concise. In other words simple. As simple
as is possible. These principles yield some very desirable side effects
such as reliability, ease of use, inherent precision, and low cost. We put
a great deal of effort into making sure our products have these traits
built in.
The management of Contrivance is made up primarily of mechanical
engineers who spent their early careers in the oil patch industries of
Houston Tx. Their focus was on downhole safety equipment and so are
well versed in following stringent quality assurance and control
procedures in the manufacture of machinery. The T-mount torque
sensing motormount introduced here is just an example of what we can
